BoCo Designs is led by founder and lead designer Cassidy, a graphic designer with a passion for creating cohesive event branding that tells a couple’s story from the first invitation to the final detail of the day. Cassidy launched BoCo Designs in the fall of 2022 to offer thoughtfully designed signage and stationery that feel both personal and elevated.

Working alongside Cassidy is Payton, a talented graphic designer who helps bring each design to life. Together they collaborate with couples and planners to create designs that feel timeless, intentional, and uniquely reflective of each celebration.

  • Our rentals are carefully designed and maintained to ensure they arrive in excellent condition for each event. Clients are responsible for the care of all rental items during their rental period. Items should be protected from damage, excessive weather exposure, and improper handling. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges. If you have questions about proper setup or use of a rental item, we’re always happy to help prior to your event.

  • Rental items can be reserved directly through our online catalog. Once your wish list is submitted, we will confirm availability and finalize the reservation details with you.

  • Yes, most of our rentals can be customized. Many of our pieces are designed to be adaptable so they can match the look and feel of your event. Please refer to the information on each individual product page for details on customization options. If you have a specific idea or request, feel free to contact us and we’d be happy to discuss what’s possible.

  • Rental items may not be altered or modified by the client. This includes drilling, gluing, stapling, painting, or applying any materials that may damage the item. If you need signage or decor attached to a rental piece, please contact us in advance so we can discuss design options.

  • We are located in Parker, Colorado. Pickup and returns are completed at our Parker location unless delivery services have been arranged.

  • Yes, delivery and setup services are available for many of our rentals and are required for larger pieces. Delivery fees are based on distance, item size, and setup requirements. If you are interested in delivery or installation services, please contact us and we can provide a custom quote.

  • Most of our inventory offers flexible pickup and return windows. We ask that all pickup and return times be prearranged in advance so we can ensure the proper scheduling and preparation of each item. Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll coordinate the exact pickup and drop-off timing with you.

  • Yes! In addition to rentals, we offer custom design services for signage and event details. Many of our rental pieces are designed to pair beautifully with custom signage created by our studio. If you're interested in a cohesive design for your event, we would love to collaborate with you.

  • We understand that accidents can happen during events. Clients are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. If damage occurs, repair or replacement costs may be charged depending on the extent of the damage.

  • Many of our rentals can be used outdoors, but weather conditions should always be considered when planning your setup. Strong wind, rain, or severe weather may impact certain displays. We recommend discussing backup placement options if your event is outdoors.
